Yoga In The Park
Yoga in the Park is a remedial style practice for all levels. The 7 week program each school term is designed to help us cope mentally with modern living by moving mindfully and the extra benefit of exposure to green space. Focused not only on the mind/body connection, but also increasing strength, tone, and flexibility and a wholistic body balance.
Yoga in the park is an opportunity to achieve your yoga asana at a time convenient for family members dropping the kids at school. Everyone is welcome, and I encourage all to come along and experience the benefits of Yoga in the outdoors. The first class is the second week of the school term, come along and try your first class for free!!
Karin is a qualified Yoga instructor, Naturopath, Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, and has been a health practitioner for over 15 years.
This Yoga class is also part of the Mental Health Recovery Program designed through Mental Health First Aid.
